. Tuesday 4th October : 11AM Media launch of the Cubana Photo and Book Exhibition at the Clement Payne Cultural Centre, Crumpton Street, Bridgetown.
6PM Cuban Film Night at the Walcott Warner Theatre of the Errol Barrow Centre for Creative Imagination, featuring the Sundance Festival prize winning drama entitled “Strawberry and Chocolate” and the Barbados premiere of “My Footsteps in Baragua”– a film about the Barbadian community in Cuba. (The Photo and Book Exhibition will also be on view at this event).

Wednesday 5th October : 9:30AM Educational Presentation to Secondary and Tertiary students at Solidarity House, Harmony Hall, St. Michael, featuring Danny Glover (actor and social activist), Fernando Gonzalez (one of the famous Cuban Five heroes of Cuba), and Camilo Rojas (a relative of the 1976 Cubana victims)
7:30PM International Panel Discussion and Launch of the Campaign for 6th October to be declared the International Day Against Terrorism, at the Cave Hill Campus of UWI, featuring Prime Minister Ralph Gonsalves, Danny Glover, Fernando Gonzalez, David Comissiong and Camilo Rojas. ( The Photo and Book Exhibition will also be on view at this event).
. Thursday 6th October : 10AM Commemoration Ceremony at the Cubana Monument in Paynes Bay , St James, featuring Ambassador Francisco Fernandez Pena, Honourable Maxine Mc Clean, Danny Glover, Fernando Gonzalez, Camilo Rojas, and other representatives of Barbados, Guyana and Venezuela.

6PM Community Grounding/Discus sion at Deacons in the parish of St Michael featuring Danny Glover, Gerald Perreira of Guyana, Earl Bousquet of St Lucia, Cikiah Thomas of Jamaica, Fernando Gonzalez, and Camilo Rojas.
. Friday 7th October : 7PM Intimate Grounding at Bajan Artforms, Pelican Craft Village, Bridgetown, featuring the Cuban, American and Caribbean delegations and faithful friends and supporters of the Cuban nation and people
. Saturday 8th October : 7PM Free Concert at Solidarity House, Harmony Hall, St Michael featuring the cream of the Barbadian entertainment fraternity and a guest artiste from Venezuela— a joyous celebration of Cuba, Barbados and the rest of the Caribbean !
